The Project

Apply a company’s design system to the potential of what Turing AI can supply and implement. The example given is for a company built and profitable on the selling of Web Advertising space for a variety of business. They started with advert sales in publications and have evolved with the changing model.

The engagement was to see how AI could assist their sales people, in the sales, the strategy, promotion and the routine work of order placing, suggestions of added services and highlighting trends in the market.

Role and Process

As a design consult, advisory and as designer.  Understanding the experience as it currently sits, understanding the strengths and friction points that can improved on. Interviewing the sales folks, the partners in the firm and even their staff designers to get an understanding of what they prioritize and need to empower them in their roles.

Results

Expanded the thinking beyond what is commonly known as in AI experiences, its is more than chat GPT or Gemini . Being able to have asssitance in distilling data and brainstorming ideas. The result was a. custom experience for the field sales people. The beta in an experience that could facilitate appt scheduling, sales calendar, market trends and also follow up on tasks on hand
